AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire) - Ronn Motor Company (RMC) (PINKSHEETS: RNNM) announced today that it has consummated a deal with the Economic Development Corporation in the City of Marble Falls, Texas to relocate to a new manufacturing headquarters which will feature a showroom, executive offices and an assembly plant outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment.

The City of Marble Falls recently voted and passed a referendum for the issuance of bonds to cover the purchase, remodeling and renovation of a 76,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, to include more than 10,000 square feet of offices and show rooms, located on 7.5 acres within the City of Marble Falls. Remodeling will commence immediately and is expected to be completed within the first quarter of 2010.

This is one of the biggest events to happen in Marble Falls. At a time when the entire country is in need of new jobs, Ronn Motors will be creating and bringing a significant number of new, skilled labor job opportunities to the city, providing a welcome boost to the Marble Falls economy. Ronn Motors' relocation is a major step forward and has received the full backing and support from both the City and the State of Texas.

The facility and the monies being made available through the Economic Development Corporation will provide Ronn Motors with sufficient space to expand production of the Scorpion HX™, to begin development of its second generation automobile, a hydrogen, electric-plug-in hybrid, to expand research and development and to gear up for production and manufacturing of other related, "green" products.
