AUSTIN, TX -- (Marketwire) -- Ronn Motor Company (RMC) (PINKSHEETS: RNNM) announced today that construction is well underway towards the completion of its new 76,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and company headquarters. This new facility will feature a showroom, 10,000 square feet of executive offices and space for an assembly plant outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment.

Renovation of the building, which began in mid-December, is moving along rapidly. The manufacturing area is expected to be competed and available for the Company to begin moving in by the end of February, with the renovation of the executive offices and showroom scheduled and on target for completion by the end of March. Collectively, the Economic Development Corporation and the City of Marble Falls have budgeted, allocated and funded approximately $2.5 million for the project.

We are on track to be fully operational by the end of March and in full production of the Scorpion HX™ by the end of April 2010. We will be reconnecting with our client base to confirm existing reservations and to begin taking new reservations for the Scorpion. We will also be moving some of the distribution of the Ronnzoil line of biodegradable lubricants and the H2GO™ real time hydrogen generation system to our new Marble Falls facility in the 2nd Quarter of 2010.”
